4.6 Penalties a) A member who is in arrears of payment of annual dues for more than two years is liable to lose his rights to vote and eligibility to hold office or serve on committee's and shall also be deprived of all normal services by the association including free supply of official journals. b) In order to regain the rights and privileges of membership he/ she shall have to pay up all the arrears may re register as the life member by re registration fee of Rs 500/= plus Rs.2000/= being fee for Life Membership and Rs.1000/= as certificate fee. If he/ she allows a second lapse the privilege and rights can be regained only paying up all dues .

4.5 Fee for services a) A Fee of Rs.1000/= will be charged to Life Member for the issue of a duplicate registration certificate on production of evidence supporting the loss of original membership certificate (such as a police complaint /FIR) b) Members desirous of verifying their credentials for overseas assignments shall pay Rs.5000/=for the first verification and Rs.1000/= for every susequent verification.

v. Central Executive council 5.1 Constitution The Central Executive Council shall consist of 20 elected members and 2 ex-officious members. a) The President,Vice President , General Secretary ,Treasurer of A M A I will be elected by C E C. b) 20 C E C members will be elected by the general election by members conducted by the election committee appointed G.B. c) The President and General Secretary of the preceding year shall be ex- officious members of the Central Executive Council . d) Central Executive Council would also be authorised to invite such other persons,whether members of the Association or not to attend meetings of the Central Executive Council as special invites,if the Central Executive Council considers their presence necessary or beneficial for the items proposed to be discussed at the particular meeting .The member of Central Executive Committee and such invitee will be entitled to draw travelling allowance and daily allowance at such rates as may be approved by the General Body from time to time.
5.2 - b) The voting shall be by registered postal ballot /registered e-mail address circulated active members of A M A I on the electoral rolls as on 31 st March of the same year of the election, c) Election Committee.The General Body of A M A I shall appoint 5 member of A M A I other than those on C E C as Assistant Election Officers.Each Election officers shall appoint two other member of A M A I as Assistant Election Officers. These three officers shall constitute an Election Committee of each zone .and they will open an Election Account in a Nationalised bank operated by 2 of Election Committee Members. d) The C E C shall announce the programe of election along with the election guidelines
e) When a member of A M A I represents the international body such as W A M A or any other World Congress the said member would be invited to the C E C during their term at the respective International Committee.The invited member would enjoy all privileges of an elected C E C member except voting rights as well as mandatory protocol. 5.2 Election procedure a) The election for the Central Executive Committee ( C E C )of A M A I shall take place every 3 years in such a way that the newly elected members will be able to assume office in the month of April. The whole election process will be divided into 5 zones.East,West,North ,South and Central.From each zone one Joint Secretary 3 C E C members will be elected. All 4 C E C members from each 5 zones will form the central C E C .
